We do not collect any personal or sensitive data, geolocation information or other identifiers. Images created by users are saved to their own device and are not accessible by other parties. Hippotrix apps and our other client apps adhere fully to all guidance from the UK Council for Child Internet Safety (UKCCIS); the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA); and the EU General Data Protection Regulation GDPR
There are in-app purchases in Tom Renwick’s Numeracy Map, there are no in-app purchases in Hippotrix apps. With Tom Renwick’s app it made a lot of sense for users to be able see exactly how the numeracy map worked before you buy. There are no pop up adverts. We believe children’s safety is paramount in all our apps.
Using iTunes on your computer
Click on iTunes store on the left
Then over on the right there should be a list called “QUICKLINKS”
And under that the word “Redeem”
Click on this and enter the code
If you can’t see QUICKLINKS
Then click on the word “App STORE” in the middle on black
Scroll right to the botom of the page
And at the bottom in very light text, under the heading “Manage” there should appear “Redeem”
Click on this and enter the code

Using the App Store on your iPad
Check your wi-fi is okay
Tap the “App store” icon
Then at the bottom select “Featured”
Then swipe up – and at the bottom in the middle there should be a box saying “Redeem”
