We decided it was time there was a video of the teen-toddler app online so people could see it in action. Ahead of making a walk-through-video, or a game-play-trailer, this video gives a good impression of the app in action, and perhaps more importantly how the toddlers responded to playing with ‘their’ app.
This video was actually shot at the final prototype testing session with the Early Years children who had created all the artwork and sound fx.
One of the boys explains “You can choose between cutting hair, pizza or a sunflower” and then a little girl tells us “Don’t cut it” because the teenagers have designed it as a “soft lesson” in what to do (and not to do) with scissors, and if you do cut the hair or flower the smiley emoji in the corner changes to a sad face.
